Project Site Scheduler/Planner – Code: PS-Q

*Work location: Van Phong Bay, Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa

*Salary: Up to 58 Million

*Job Description:

· Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms of engineering, procurement, erection and commissioning disciplines.

· Understand the contract clauses related to planning and scheduling.

· Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project team in the development of detailed work break down structure scheduling and project control.

· Monitor and forecast progress of all activities in the project schedule at site.

· Prepare the detailed delay analysis on the schedule, Root-Cause analysis of the delay due to other construction parties / internal delay and the mitigation plan for the delay occurred. Keep tracking the progress on mitigation plan until the delay is mitigated. CL to identify the risk and Let concerned lots to plan mitigate. CL to integrate the schedule.

· Prepare risk management in terms of schedule and report to Site Consortium leader.

· Generate weekly and monthly project reports.

· Prepare and Review MOM of the Consortium schedule related meetings and comment if required.

· Monitoring punch list the Keep track of punch list and to ensure timely closing of pending activities in coordination with QA/QC team.

· Prepare and integrate MPR (for schedule) and coordinate with TSB HQ for customer submission for

Lot 2 portion.

· Develop and implement plan versus actual progress charts (histograms/S curves). Reports and analyses deviations from plan and report to management.

· Review critical areas between planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern to the responsible person/ section (including but not limited to all Lots).

· Liaises with all team leaders and/or members to communicate required completion dates and interface between related team.

· Coordinate schedule from multiple parties including internal and external.

· Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS Project2010 and above, Primavera P6.

· Develop and update resource (manpower and equipment) histogram weekly or monthly as required

*Job Requirement:

· Engineering graduate or relevant education

· At least of 10 years’ experience and must have recent 6-7 Years in Power plant (high capacity power plant 600 MW or higher)

· Business level English proficient is a must
